Hi Kerri, Thank you for your questions! - To start a new highlight reel, please visit the "Orders & Status" tab of your "My Account" page. You'll your order and can start a new request button in red titled "Start new request". - You can either individual clips or a full game. If it's a full game, you can add the time codes we should use from that full game in the respect column under the upload section. - For 4K footage, have you tried asking Scott Singer at 4 Leaf to provide you with those original files?
