HI there,
As we started processing your latest request, there were clips that we aren't able to download (seem to be corrupt files). I've listed the titles of these clips below - we have put the submission request back in draft mode so you can verify these two clips and re-upload them.
- "1v1 Offense.mp4" - Goal out of the box
- "G3 + D.mov" - Defense to a caused turnaround (this maybe because it's .mov instead of .mp4)
Once we have the uploaded files, we will expedite the edit to make sure you don't lose additional time.

Interesting, on my end it still says editing in progress and isn't in my library. Is there something I should do to find the reel?

We just re-uploaded the reel - if you don't see it still, can you do me a favor and log out, open up a new browser in incognito, log back in, and let me know if you see it now?

I reloaded and am in incognito, yet it still appears that my library is empty, saying there are no deliveries yet.
